Max’s 10th Birthday Bash
Please join us in celebrating the life of our beautiful superhero Max, who would have been turning double digits on July 22nd. While Max's life on earth was cut tragically short, his light continues to shine through the legacy of joy he leaves behind. Did you know that every year about 190 children in Alberta are diagnosed with cancer. The treatment and hospital stays can be anywhere from 3 months to 5 years and over 75% of those children who survive are left with devastating, permanent health problems that require significant, ongoing support.
Finding joy both through treatment and recovery helped us not only cope with the difficult setbacks, but provided a welcome distraction and reinforced a positive mental outlook. We believe this can do the same for other families in need."
